Spa Policy

Arrival

Please arrive fifteen minutes ahead of your scheduled reservation. This allows time for leisurely check-in, a change of clothes and a few quiet moments to relax into the experience that awaits you. To keep the serenity of the spa experience, we ask that you turn off your cellular phone upon arrival. Valuables should not be brought into the facility, as we are not responsible for article lost or stolen. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed.

Cancellations

If you cannot keep your appointment, a 24-hour notice is required to avoid being charged. All no-show appointments will be charged in full.

Children

We welcome the participants over the age of ten. This is to preserve the calm and relaxing atmosphere that we believe is intrinsic to visit Amber Spa.

Gift Certificates

All of our services are available in gift certificate form. We can make suggestions and help create the perfect gift package.

Returns

We hope you will be delighted by our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, product returns will be honored with the store credits within 14 days of purchase. Gift certificates are not refundable or exchangeable.

Gratuities

Gratuities are a matter of personal discretion. They should reflect your level of satisfaction with our services.

Comfort Level During the Treatment

If at any time of the treatment you are not completely comfortable, whether it is the pressure of the massage or the volume of the music, simply let the services providers know. This is your time and the services providers are there to make sure your experience is everything that you want to be.
